I wanted to write and thank you so much for our wonderful home. We could not be happier with you and Bond Building.  The remodeling plan you designed is perfect for our family and we really appreciate all the counsel you gave us on ideas we should incorporate or things we should avoid.  Our preplanning meetings really helped me to understand what I was asking for and how it would look after you built what I had in mind.  The meetings also helped me to understand the time line for completion and we were so excited when we completed on schedule.  The ideas you and Kyle gave us were wonderful and we appreciated your years of expertise.  This is the second time we have had the pleasure of working with you on a new home and a remodel. Both experiences were amazing. We love our vacation home you designed and built as well. The people you used for the individual areas were so professional and top notch in their area of expertise. We also appreciated how you managed them and had them make adjustments along the way.You have a great relationship with your subcontractors and you can tell they respect you.  We have had several friends who have built or remodeled that had terrible experiences. We were very thankful to have worked with you and will recommend you and Bond Building to all our friends.  Thanks again for everything.  We love our beautiful home!
